About This Position:
As an Access Control Technician at Crusader Fence, you are responsible for performing various kinds of maintenance and repair work on security gate systems. We build complete perimeter systems for our clients and each entry point is custom fit to integrate with the architectural styling of the property. Ensuring consistent functionality is of utmost importance in this role.

Job Duties:
- Install and maintain gate access systems
- Internal and external communication and management
Requirements:
- 1+ years experience installing gate access control and lock systems
- Commitment to high quality work and integrity
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and overtime, as necessary
- Ability to lift at least 50lbs, bend, stoop, reach, and stand for an extended period
Preferred:
- Experience in commercial fencing or construction
- Welding experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
