About This Position:

In this role, you will work closely with the Project Manager to support the A-to-Z management of construction projects. We are looking for someone who is well-versed in project planning with excellent organizational skills.

Job Duties:

  • Assist Project Manager with coordination and execution of work
  • Facilitate and support pre-construction process including estimating, bidding, RFI/Submittals, purchasing and change orders
  • Support project planning and scheduling
  • Assist with on-site management to ensure project success


  • 2+ years of construction project engineering or project coordination
  • Commitment to high quality work and integrity
  • Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and overtime, as necessary
  • Ability to lift at least 50lbs, bend, stoop, reach, and stand for an extended period


  • Experience in commercial fencing or construction
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
