About This Position:
In this role, you will work closely with the Project Manager to support the A-to-Z management of construction projects. We are looking for someone who is well-versed in project planning with excellent organizational skills.

Job Duties:
- Assist Project Manager with coordination and execution of work
- Facilitate and support pre-construction process including estimating, bidding, RFI/Submittals, purchasing and change orders
- Support project planning and scheduling
- Assist with on-site management to ensure project success
Requirements:
- 2+ years of construction project engineering or project coordination
- Commitment to high quality work and integrity
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and overtime, as necessary
- Ability to lift at least 50lbs, bend, stoop, reach, and stand for an extended period
Preferred:
- Experience in commercial fencing or construction
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
