About This Position
Coordinate projects with all on-site staff, including the foreman superintendents, to ensure projects are completed on-time and on-budget. This role is in a fast-paced environment and requires high attention to detail.

Job Duties:
- Work with Project Superintendent to manage against the project timeline and budget
- Plan scope of work and project schedules
- Manage pre-construction processes
- Coordinate personnel on-site
Requirements:
- 3+ years of construction project engineering or project administration
- Commitment to high quality work and integrity
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and overtime, as necessary
- Ability to lift at least 50lbs, bend, stoop, reach, and stand for an extended period
Preferred:
- Experience in commercial fencing Superintendents
- Experience operating skid steers or track loaders
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
