About This Position:
Crusader Superintendents are responsible for the supervision, management, and preparation of the jobsite for fence installation projects. Adhering to all safety measures and regulations is of utmost importance in this position.

Job Duties:
- Manage project schedules and ensure high quality work output
- Follow budget
- Delegate tasks and manage site cleanup
- Train employees across disciplines
- Ability to operate machinery
- Follow all safety requirements
Requirements:
- 5+ years of construction project engineering or project management
- Commitment to high quality work and integrity
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and overtime, as necessary
- Ability to lift at least 50lbs, bend, stoop, reach, and stand for an extended period
Preferred:
- Experience in commercial fencing
- Experience operating skid steers or track loaders
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
